We send you the completed illustration for your approval before anything goes to print. If something isn't right; the angle, a detail, the composition. Reply with your notes and our artist will revise it. We don't print anything you haven't signed off on.

As many as it takes. In practice the vast majority of portraits are approved on the first draft. Our artist works directly from your photo with close attention to the specific details that make your vehicle yours. But if you need changes, we make them.

A clear, well-lit exterior shot from the right-hand side works best - this is the angle our artist illustrates from. The cleaner and higher resolution the better - the detail in your photo determines the detail in your portrait. Natural daylight works best. Avoid heavy shadows, extreme cropping, or very wide angle distortion.

If you're unsure whether your photo will work, send it anyway and we'll let you know.

Contact us immediately at support@emberlaneart.com with a photo of the damage. We'll reprint and reship at no cost. Every order is covered.

Within 24 hours of receiving your completed personalisation form. The sooner you submit your details after purchase, the sooner your portrait enters production. Allow 2-3 weeks from form submission to delivery.

Absolutely. Enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. Let us know in the personalisation form notes and we'll ensure the packaging is appropriate. If you'd like to hold the order until a specific date, let us know in the notes and we'll time dispatch accordingly.

Three backgrounds are available across all sizes:

• Signature Linen — a warm, neutral off-white
• Sandstone — a deeper warm tone
• Midnight Asphalt — a near-black for a dramatic, gallery-style finish

Four finishes:

• Black — clean and contemporary
• White — bright and minimal
• Oak — warm natural wood
• Walnut — rich, darker grain

All frames are solid wood with a fine art print mounted behind glass.
