We ship everywhere.

Every EMBERLANE portrait ships free of charge regardless of destination. Shipping costs are included in the price you see - there are no additional charges at checkout.

Delivery times

From the moment your portrait is approved and sent to print, allow the following:

Total time from purchase to delivery - including illustration, approval, printing, and shipping - is typically 2–3 weeks. Please note these timelines are only a guide and may vary.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive your tracking link by email the moment your portrait leaves our print studio.

Damaged orders

Every portrait is carefully packaged for transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@emberlaneart.com with a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We will reprint and reship at no cost.

Duties and import taxes

Orders within the EU and UK are shipped duties paid. For destinations outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders to the US, Canada, and Australia arrive without additional charges - but we recommend checking your local import thresholds if you're unsure.
