How to gift an EMBERLANE portrait
You don't need to know the recipient's vehicle details at the time of purchase. Simply:
- Purchase the slot in their preferred size
- Let us know in the personalisation form notes that it's a gift
- Submit a photo of their vehicle - or ask them to submit it directly using the form link we send
If you'd like to present the gift before the portrait is complete, we can provide a digital gift card confirming the commission is in progress.
Delivery
Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll ship directly to them. If you'd prefer the portrait to come to you first, enter your own address and we'll ship to you.
For Christmas gifts and time-sensitive occasions, please order with enough lead time - allow 2-3 weeks from form submission to delivery.
