The Process.
Claim your slot
Slots open every Saturday at 10am. Once you've secured your slot, choose your size, frame colour, background, and any add-ons at checkout. Payment is taken at this stage.
You don't need your vehicle photo ready at the time of purchase, you'll submit it separately after checkout.
Complete your personalisation form
Within 24 hours of your purchase you'll receive an email containing a link to your commission form. This is where you provide everything our artist needs to create your portrait.
The form covers:
- Your vehicle photo
- Frame colour confirmation
- Background colour confirmation
- Up to three lines of personalisation text
- Any specific notes for the artist
The sooner you submit your form, the sooner your portrait enters production. Slots are completed in the order forms are received - not in the order of purchase.
A note on your vehicle photo
The quality of your photo directly determines the quality of your portrait. Our artist works from your image to capture your vehicle's exact details - the stance, the lines, the character that makes it yours.
For the best result:
- Use a clear, well-lit exterior shot
- Natural daylight works best
- Photograph from the side angle, ideally facing right
- Avoid heavy shadows, tight crops, or wide-angle distortion
- Higher resolution is always better, a photo taken on a modern phone is ideal
- A clean background helps but is not essential
If you're unsure whether your photo will work, submit it and we'll let you know before production begins.
Your illustration is created
Once your form is received, your commission enters our artist's production queue. Your portrait is crafted from your photo - a bespoke digital illustration made specifically for your vehicle.
This stage typically takes 5-7 days.
Approve your portrait
Before anything goes to print, you'll receive your completed illustration by email for your approval.
Take your time with it. Check the details; the proportions, the stance, any specific features that matter to you. If everything is right, approve it and your portrait moves immediately to print.
If something isn't right, reply directly to the email with your notes and our artist will revise it. There is no limit on revisions - we don't print anything you haven't approved.
Once approved, no further changes are possible as the file goes directly to our print studio.
Printing and framing
Your approved illustration is printed on museum-grade fine art paper using archival inks. Each print is mounted and framed by hand in your chosen frame finish.
This stage typically takes 3–5 business days.
Delivery
Your portrait ships directly from our print studio to your door, fully tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email the moment it dispatches.

A note on timing
The 2-3 week timeline begins from the moment you submit your personalisation form - not from the moment of purchase. If you purchase a slot and take several days to submit your form, this extends your overall timeline accordingly.
